Love my drifting.. I stick to the "track" *looks around* lol, but seriously who hasn't tried anything on the street. I'm definately an amature but, should be building the S12 to drift once i get more money for it. And hopefully home boy Errol will help me out with it Wink

lol i did track once. it sucks. havent gone back Tongue that said i reckon uv got less chance of getting caught on the street (cops hang around race tracks not industrial parks) and if ur doin a track like archerfeild uv got less chance of hurting someone on the street too lol ask hao how many times hes nearly been flattened taking photos Tongue

Im a HUGE fan of drifting.. Used to be out there watching once a weekend. Back when drift zone was running it I got to stand on track and squirt the cars with water pistols Tongue

I looooooooooooooove the feeling of being in a car and its going reaaaaaaaaaaaalfast an then all of a sudden a corner comes up and BAM your sideways.. oh an I love spinning out too haha

I dont have my licence and I dont drift myself but I have spent many years hanging out with drifters.. and I gotta say its so much more fun that just going fast.

The only thing thats not fair is when my mates tell me they are goin to japan for a while Sad Not fair!!

Oh an funny story.. Tezuka and a few other D1 guys were over from japan and drifters from all over Australia were here and I had a sore back from standing up all day so a mate from Sydney gave me a massage on pit lane.. Tezuka came over and gave him the thumbs up.. hahaha.... and the year after that when he came again HE REMEMBERED ME!!!

My boyfriend has been on track a few times when he had his 31 with a locker.. he now owns 51IPP and took it out a few weekends ago but the car broke and the rubber was shit but he went pretty good Smiley

yeah i love watching it and being the passenger. i'm waiting until i get a car that can handle it so i can get into it

if you wanna learn more on how to drift you can check out the drift bible.. it has tips from the original 'Drift King' Tsuchiya. He shows how to drift properly using cars with different characteristics so it's good for people who may not have a skyline or silvia at their disposal   Smiley

i also went to the last drift day at parklands which wasnt too bad.. it'd be good to see more cars on a bigger track, i'd like to see actual battles

i skid

iv been on track heaps, mostly when i had my 31.first time out with the 32 and i killed my rb25.as soon as i have new engine in(this week or next) ill get someone to drive me out to QR again(lost my licence....skids)lol.

iv learnt my lesson, ill stick to track, no licence sucks. track is goood, you can go as crazy as you want, try what ever you want.but can become boring, same thing over and over.thats why street is fun, always something new.

if anyone wants info or anything to do with drfting join www.secretdrift.ipbhost.com. best site for it

I'm into drifting. I used to go out to most of the QR drift events back in the day when Driftzone held events. My step dad was in the rural fire brigade back then and they were hired to go out onto the track to fight fires etc., I tagged along and usually got to sit on track with them Smiley The first time I went out I was hooked!

Now I have an AE86 in the build as a daily and weekend track car. I'm definately sticking to track. Fuck street drift off, it's too risky.

Wonder if you ever saw me there then... i was at most drift zone events... standing on track also... some days i would have my waterpistol out squirtin the coolers and the drivers..

man those were the good days... i am even in a few dvd's and magazines thru drifting.. but if you didnt know it was me .. or if i didnt say 'hey baby thats my back right there' you wouldn't know..

A lot of the guys from back then arent drifting anymore.. and a lot of the other guys i know are now really huge.

I love drifting and always will. I know its stupid but the best bit is the spinning out... no idea why i like that feeling so much but i do.
