LED dash's are a nice touch, agreed. I've got white face dials in the Poosar though so that might be a little blinding. The thing about properly installed neons is that they create a nice soft glow, rather than a real lighting effect type thing. I'm sucking at the English today.

Never thought you'd be the one getting told for neons lol. *Here comes lead to "save"* Neons are alright, depending on why you have them, if you have them for the pure reason of "omg fully sik neons yo", then they're wanky. If you have them because they serve a purpose (e.g. interior lighting) or if you have them because you like lighting and it looks nice on your car, then sure, they're ok.

Each to their own hey, some people are against other types of mods too (as you know Mel - reference to the "bagged conversation" lol). So yeah, neons, while they can be wanky, are exactly the same as every other mod - meaning most mods can be considered wanky depending on how they're done/how the owner acts about them. Think about it, you can see a really nice show car at AutoSalon or something, but if you saw the owner down at the spit, he's got his subs pumping, he's being an ass and he's more concerned about getting da chicks bro wit his fully sik ricer car, then you'd think the car was a bit wanky.

No but if someone has neons because he/she thinks other people will like them, they're an idiot/wanker/ass ranger. If they have them because they like them, and they're installed to suit the owner's taste... well, I think that counts for something.

People do some interesting things with Neons at autosalon. If you want to rice up your car it's a good showcase for idea hunting.

i go to autosalon coz there are still a few ok cars there .. eg. bagged and turbo'd mini trucks, top rpb and marks car.. which ever plate he has on at the time lol..

but the auto 200sx with wog paint and neons makes me wanna vomit.. way to ruin a 200sx dude!!!

It's auto. It was ruined from factory.

But would you want to vomit any less if it was just fully sick subwoofers, wog paint and hectic wheels, without the neons? Car's overdone with anything look ridiculous. You can glam up a car for Autosalon with neons etc. without making it look stupid. IMO anyway.
