OMFG Finally!

Despite trying to kill everyone on the straight at the start, and being dished a drive-through penalty, he still surged to the front! He's third in the championship now, a fair way off first but still one of the few contenders for year. The car was very fast, and the strategy was perfect.

the only reason he won was he got out in front early. He is a great qualifier.  Once you put cars in front of him he seems to aim for them. when he was in front he was smashing the fastest times even with hard tires on.

Pretty much. My opinion of Webber has always been, he's probably the best driver in the paddock, but probably one of the worst racers. Most people don't seem to realise, there is worlds of difference between the two.
