just woundering if cutting and fixing rust is difficult to do yourself or if someone could reccomend someone or something?
any tips and tricks could help

Got an oxy torch or angle grinder? its esay enough to do. Is it surface rust or rusted right through the panel?

i would just cut back and fill woth filler if it's for a rwc and worry about full resto later if the car is being got as a collectable
is it yours bec? or for a mate?

grinder and torch will do the job. its pretty easy. easier than erroll
doesnt take long to do.
